Upcoming Event! Healing Drum Retreat Sept 2008!!
Join us for the next Healing Drum Retreat in September 2008 to celebrate the fall solstice! We will begin this retreat on Friday evening with another fun activity, and continue through the weekend with workshops, meditations, healings, and activities to stimulate the mind and express the creativity of spirit!
Details will be posted over the next several weeks, but here’s what we have so far:
The event will be at Brighton Creek Conference Center in Yelm, WA, the same location as the last Healing Drum Retreat in June 2008. This is a non-denominational event, open to everyone. Lodging and meals are included. More information and prices will be posted on this website as well as the Brighton Creek site soon!
This event begins Friday evening, September 19, 2008, and concludes Sunday September 21, 2008. Do you need to attend the entire weekend? No, we had attendee’s for Friday evening only, and additional people joining us on Saturday as well. Most attendee’s stayed for the entire weekend, making the experience one of bonding and group healing.
We will continue to have singing and drumming as a part of our event, lead by Kaye Tahwakeena. Do you have songs you would like to contribute?
